We hope you love your Fran + Jane purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to return it to us within 14 days of receiving your order.
RETURNING YOUR ORDER
Items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all original labels and tags attached.
Please package your return carefully to ensure it is protected during transit. Returned items remain your responsibility until they have been safely received by us.
POSTING YOUR RETURN
We recommend using a registered or tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage until your refund has been completed.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
REFUNDS
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will email you to confirm its arrival and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your returned item or items.
