How can I reset my password?
You can reset your password by selecting “Forgot your password?” on the login page. Follow the instructions in the email you receive to create a new one.
How do I edit my account information?
Log in to your account and go to Account Details to update your name, email address, or shipping information.
Do you have any physical locations?
Yes! You can visit us in person at our Blackrock boutique in Dublin. Our boutique offers our full range of Fran & Jane collections.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on full-priced items, provided they’re unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Sale items are final sale unless faulty. To arrange a return, please email info@franandjane.ie.
What should I do if my order is lost, stolen, or damaged?
Please contact us immediately at info@franandjane.ie with your order number and details. We’ll work with our delivery partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery in real time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and other secure checkout options.
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes. Fran & Jane gift cards are available both in-store and online. They make a beautiful gift for any occasion.
How can I check my gift card balance?
To check your balance, click the link in your original gift card email or contact us at info@franandjane.ie, and we’ll be happy to check it for you.
Can I make a purchase using financing platforms like Klarna or Afterpay?
At the moment, we do not offer Klarna or Afterpay, but we’re exploring flexible payment options for the future.
Do you offer Apple Pay?
Yes, Apple Pay is available at checkout for a fast, secure, and seamless payment experience.
What products do you offer?

How long does shipping take?
Orders within Ireland typically arrive within 2–4 working days. We use An Post as our delivery service.
International orders may take 5–10 working days, depending on location and customs clearance.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
From time to time, we offer free shipping promotions, sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know.
Standard shipping rates apply outside of promotional periods.
