Refund policy

You can return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving them for a refund of the price of the item.
  • All returned item(s) must be unworn, unused and have their original labels and tags attached
  • Please pack your product(s) carefully to ensure nothing gets damaged in transit the items(s) are your responsibility until they reach us.
  • Post the parcel at any Post Office. We advise that you obtain proof of postage via registered post. Please hold on to this proof of postage until you have received your monetary refund. Important to note, it is sender's responsibility to cover return shipping costs
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment
  • We shall refund you within 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned item(s).
